During the February, 2010 Artwalk if you wandered through the 619 Western Building near the Johnny O'Brady studio you may have heard the mercurial sounds of the La Familia Gallery band, Latitude x Longitude. Even better than that, if you poked your head in to be hypnotized by our Steampunk tales of murder, escape and mayhem you would have seen Brad Strain of Scared of Genre Films shooting video of the performance. Strain's filming and editing work beautifully combines gritty and polished, and the impeccable sounds, as captured by Travis M. Anderson fall in the category of "stunning."
You can catch the next Latitude x Longitude show on March 19th, when we'll be sharing La Familia Gallery with Toy Box Trio, which is definitely a lineup worth winding your clock for. Gentlemen - start your accordions!
